Duplex design for two families in one building

This building is split into two halves and accommodated by two separate families. Each Unit has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, Kitchen, Dining room and Living room. The idea was because of the possibility of further extensions to make more rooms so vertically splitting them into two units allows for this. It has ample parking space and an important structural feature is the use of pile foundations as the soil strata was far too soft at shallow depths. This ensures the safety of the building
